DISABILITY ADVOCATES TO CO-HOST HOME OWNERSHIP FAIR!
(Grand Rapids)—Disability Advocates of Kent County (DAKC) along with Guardian Angel Homes, will offer a free Home Ownership Fair on Thursday April 19, 2007. The fair will offer information about programs available to potential home owners, especially first time home buyers.

Experts will offer information about home choice mortgages, MSHDA loans, using Housing Choice vouchers, Flex loans, Individual Development Accounts (IDAs), Special Needs Trusts, and more.

The fair will be held on April 19 from 5:00 to 8:30pm at Christ Community Church, 2400 Forest Hills SE. Dinner will be provided, and there is no charge to attend.
